Peter Gmagma is a fellow of the West Africa Postgraduate College of Medical Laboratory Scientist (FWAPCMLS). He holds MPhil in Molecular Medicine and BSc in Medical Laboratory Technology from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, and a Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology from the School of Medical Laboratory Technology, Korlebu.
He finished School of Medical Laboratory Technology Korlebu in 1997 and got an appointment in Korlebu Teaching Hospital as a Medical Laboratory Technician the following year. He worked there for three years and was transferred to Tema General Hospital in 2002 where he worked and rose to the rank of deputy head of the laboratory in 2016.
Peter is a registered member of the Allied Health Professional Council. He is also professionally affiliated to the Ghana Association of Medical Laboratory Scientist.
Peter has over 20 years of working experience and is a laboratory consultant to most of the clinics and laboratories within Tema and its environs.
